So we're giving up Hornqvist retained no less, Brassard, Rust, Hagelin and Olund for essentially a single attractive asset in Danault and a 2nd (in 2020 lmao) ?

So the Pens lose their best power forward, a very good center, a young forward in Rust and a very good penalty killer in Hagelin and in return they get....an overpaid Shaw, a center who produces less than the center they're trading away in Brassard, Lindberg? Who they already have and they only get a 2nd and a 4th? Penguins aren't rebuilding... This trade is terrible

As others have mentioned, this is awful for Pittsburgh. Why in the world are the Canadiens trying to get older and the Penguins trying to get younger when the Pens are still contending.
