Winning in the playoffs is all about goaltending. Great playoff goalies keep you in games. They inspire their teammates because they know they are always in it. I'm sorry, but I just don't see that with Hank.

The Pens have not been good tonight and we can't find the back of the net again, but our supposed best player needs to play that way consistently.

Hank is not above criticism, serious criticism.

The Pens have been GREAT tonight. Do you even know what you're watching?

The Rangers have had lanes clogged and tons of pressure to make quick passes. This is a clinic and it's also us being SERIOUSLY out coached by a team that's got the last change.

“@NYP_Brooksie: At home, facing potential 3-1 series deficit, Rangers have 12 shots total, 1 in third period with 10:25 to go...Rather pathetic.â€

Correct.

But the Mensa members here will say it's Hanks fault

I'm not making excuses - they are playing bad. I do believe they're playing bad because of fatigue. They haven't had life in them since Game 1. It's their own fault, but I believe it's fatigue more than anything.

Why does it seem that hockey is the only relevant sport that has a strong twitter platform?

Stop posting the dribble from a bunch of glorified twats calling out the soft, pathetic Rangers. Nobody cares. We are more than capable of doing that ourselves.

In fact, I'd be fine with Hank's play if it wasn't for his fanboys defending him after every **** goal.

Nothing you typed there is correct.

And the rest of the team is not above getting a thousand-fold more.
They are beaten, unconfident robots on skates. Really, I do not jest.
Mostly, they just play like they aren't engaged with their hearts.

And what part of that makes Lundqvist exempt?

I know Stepan is not a true #1 center, and that does impact Nash, but Nash is still too soft physically and mentally - guy has no leadership and we'll never win with him as our "star". Time to move on. Buyout Richards for sure, trade/sell/dispose of Nash. I would have traded Hank before signing him frankly - name the last cup winner that had an all-world goalie? You need two elite forwards like Crosby/Malkin, Toews/Kane, Getzlaf/Perry. Sure, Boston won with amazing balance - but not twice like Pitt and Chicago. And watch them struggle against an inferior - but much faster - MTL team.
