I actually like Zacha at centre a lot more than other people on this forum. That said I think he'll be a good fit at LW with Lindholm & Pasta, if the chemistry is as good as we think I can see him hitting 65+ points this season especially without the defensive responsibilities of playing centre.

There will be times Zacha jumps in at center: injury to Lindholm, 2nd unit PP, 4-4, PK duty, etc etc.

Amazing how he flys under the radar. Think their success will depend on him stepping up big time. He's shown some great flashes but so far the results are just not there.

He's been solid but the Blake Wheeler syndrome is getting him.

(The shot into the crest of the jersey)
He's tied with Frederic in goals on the year and has just 1 more assist while riding the first line, first PP and getting 100+ more minutes so far.

He's shown glimpses of what he can be but needs results to be that thing. I hope Sacco keeps him at center.

There are times when you feel like he couldn't hit the net from the crease.

But overall, the guy works hard, he competes, he's big, he's strong, he's fast, he makes plays, he plays hard in all 3 zones, he's a good teammate...
He is all of those things, just imagine if he put the puck in the same area of the net more often, he'd be a 40 goal scorer!

peter is still evaluating this one :D

i like zacha as a middle 6 guy. he forces way too many passes to pastrnak and does some bizarre things out there,
but he's solid. now if you can package him and whatever else to get jt miller? bye zacha.

I would be concerned with how trading Zacha affects Pasta's mental. They both really seem to enjoy playing with one another.

He's watching all his countrymen get traded away (Zbroil & Lauko) and retire (DK).

Agree. Still hard to believe how a guy with Zachas skill set produces so few points playing with Pasternak.

I don't think 50 something points (which he isn't even on track to hit this year) centering one of the best goal scorers to ever play in the NHL is very good.

But I don't see any reason to make a lateral trade. We added another Zacha in Lindholm and the team is worse than the Habs and Columbus. Trading him and someone like Carlo for a superior player I do it every day.

Zacha should be a 35 goal scorer with the chances he gets. Oh well. He is good player in the top 6. I wouldn't rush to move him, but he is one of the guys that should be on the table for a re-tool, should the Bruins go there.

You are right, I would not rush to move him out, would be best to add and still have him, because he still is capable of being a positive on this team. With all that said, other than Pasta, everyone should be on the table.
