This confuses me, as I thought Brown wasn't counting against the cap because he was Taxi Squad....
Salary cap specialist is going to be a key role going forward in the NHL like it is for NFL teams. These rules are insane, but I'm sure the PA loves them because all kinds of guys that would normally be in the AHL are getting NHL paychecks.
