If keeping Mika at RW is what it takes to get him producing I’m fine with it. He’s got 6 pts in the last 3 games and yet still zero goals and just 2 assists at even strength in that stretch. So I’m not ready to accept that he has turned a major corner as far as his overall play, but I’ll take the results any way they come. We’ll see where he is at after a few more games, hopefully this continues because it bodes well for the team winning games if it does.

Mika can raise his trade value. Every team is looking for a center. As long as it's a good team in a good location, Mika might consider waiving. If the team asks you to waive and you say no, it creates some tension which lingers.

Sure, he is an enigma and he was awful until the x-mas break but after the break he has been one of the best players on the team if not the best analytics wise. I am just happy for the team that he now started to produce and not just creating offence.
I feel like he's going to get unlocked at the 4 nations tournament and come back as the guy who ruins Flyers and Caps.
