Panthers troll former teams

But there’s sick kids in the hospital and stuff. The WNBA or something. College football. And then the watch party in Florida.

It’s the same 2-3 Edmonton fans with the same random ass nonsense.

Relax. Have a drink. Enjoy the summer

Tkachuk didn’t attack anybody. They were giving props to Forsling and how well he played and he said Connor who? The crowd took it from there. You’re going overboard with this faux outrage.... and your revisionist history to suit your narrative is sad. As if bashing Panthers only increased when they started to be competitive.
Just stop now and go enjoy what little bit of summer you have up there.

Edit; I guess you are correct in that it “gained traction” after FL became competitive....and that is because they started beating teams and the fans of those teams (such as yourself) couldn’t handle it.
Ouch, anyone that's ever lived in a colder climate know how deep that summer comment cuts.

Leafs and Oilers in shambles

I guess both teams are classless?

There’s a difference between trash talk on the ice, when the broadcast can’t even pick it up, and openly taunting after you win.

honestly this whole series I’ve figured out one thing, I’m not sure what team you support, but you have a mandate to rep Florida at all costs… no matter the context.

It really isn't, trash talk is trash talk. If you were willing to dish it out during the series, you better be willing to take it when you get handedly beaten

There is a difference between trash talking while still competing versus trash talking after the competition is over.

That being said, the Panthers won and have every right to act how they want.

I hope this motivates the Oilers and, if they were to ever to win it all, I hope they don’t trash talk their opponent after the competition is over.

couldn’t agree more on the last paragraph! If the Oil are motivated and win, I hope they don’t break the social contract like the Panthers did here, and focus on themselves and their fans instead of still dissing the opponent.

But that's the fun part

Had the Sens beat the Leafs I would've done worse than anything the Panthers have done.

You know who has been super classy and I have a ton of respect for on the Panthers, Barkov.

This guy played injured, has celebrated like a champion, hasn’t mocked his opponent, took the Cup back on the ice after the game at 1 AM for all of the employees, took the Cup through his neighborhood at 5AM, had some hilarious drunk videos of him celebrating… love that kind of guy… that’s class.

… and you should. Celebrate how you want, if you win.

Not my thing, as a person who played a lot of competitive sports, but that’s just my opinion.
