Post-Game Talk: Panthers lose to Canadiens 3-1 in TheImpatientPanther's return

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server

Felt like a game against the Islanders, low event where nobody deserves to win. 3rd goal should not have counted, clear tripping penalty on Bennett, even though his decision to drive through between the net and the forechecker was a bad idea. First goal looked really bad, Cats were fumbling the puck and not concentrated on their outlet passes.

3rd and 4th line were total no-shows, first and second not capable of taking over the game.

We will definitely see another quality of play tomorrow.

And I agree 100% with Mogo, how sad is it that the Canadiens celebrate the win like they had slaughtered us or won the SC...
If we were in the same position as a doormat of the league we’d be kind of happy too lol

right around this time is when the team took an internal vacation last year.

I just shrug and walk away
True… and if you watch Barkov specifically, he has spurts in games where he turns it on, sometimes it’s the full game when it’s someone worthwhile, but it sure looks like he’s saving it for the playoffs. I just hope it doesn’t backfire. Hope they know what they’re doing.

If the team is on a break, play Vanecek.

Give Bob a break too

I know this is a b2b but just in general give Bob more breathers

This team gets the benefit of the doubt. The sky was falling last year and then they just blew through the first 3 rounds because “THEY POUNDED THEIR f***ING D”
