Why are so many people so against 11 and 7? Like I got not wanting to do it in the regular season but we have the depth on defense and our 4th line was absolute dog shit against Tampa….why would we not keep doing it?
He had a really good play where he just straight up bodied Hagel when he was coming in full steam, I thought for sure he was gonna get walked and then he did that which was a pleasant surprise. He would definitely make the 2nd PP unit more potent and he's honestly a lot better defensively than I thought he was. I thought he was MAB, but he can play defense.
Sums it up perfectly.
All that being said,, I spend about 1 month a year down in Boca and Miami for baseball. I enjoy it there but I have seen a lot of really wacky stuff.
Not the place to discuss politics, religion, or really anything. Keep everything superficial and you can get by
Fourth line was bad but I think our optimal forward line up has Lafferty scratched, we can run Knies Jarnkrok and Bunting as our top 3 LWs and move Kerfoot to the fourth, Kerfoot Kampf Aston-Reese could be a lot better imo.Why are so many people so against 11 and 7? Some regular season stats (5v5). A couple points that stand out:
- Flordia takes a lot of penalties typically. Our powerplay needs to get going
- We have the faceoff advantage by far
- Neither team is overly physical. Toronto actually has the advantage
- Flordia's GA/60 is something we can take advantage of

I would assume they know what's legal and not legal.Banning the sales of tickets to a public event based on country of residence doesn't seem like it should be allowed no?
Please No.Expecting a Justin Holl redemption tour.

I think Lafferty’s struggles in the neutral zone were a big reason our fourth line got so caved, guy frequently had opportunities to get the puck out but would skate himself into no man’s land and then turn it over.
So a special teams series? One thing. Season long stats are skewed and weighted before the trade deadline. We brought in 3 top hitters in the NHL since then. Do these stats include their hits for the full season and attribute to the Leafs? Some regular season stats (5v5). A couple points that stand out:

Hockey fans arent that sensitive. I personally love it... They are making it easier to dislike the panthers. let the rivalry beginThis has to be grounds to get cancelled in 2023. Discrimination? Offensive?
Pretty much the optimal lines the Leafs can put together.
Let's not dick around and take it in 4 straight !!!Take two at home.
One in Florida.
Then close it out at home game 5.
Samsonov was good after game 1 and just had his best game of the series to help us finally close out a teamI think we should work in Woll to this series.
Vasi playing uncharacteristically poor has covered up Sammy's less than stellar play.

Liljegren is in I hopeOh yeah. I'm still not sure how exactly I'd like to deploy Knies/Jarnkrok/Bunting at LW in the top 9. I really like Jarnkrok with Matthews but I wonder if Keefe thinks Tavares needs all the defensive help he can get on his wings. Overall though very good stuff.

Just need to pull a Muzzin and flip a puck at him after the play. He will lose his shit. This is high level chess here.Let's hope we still love Tkachuk after this series![]()
I also think Sammy probably deserves a pass for game 1, he was clearly banged up a bit and had a pretty long time off without playing. The rest of the series, he was able to settle in and was greatSamsonov was good after game 1 and just had his best game of the series to help us finally close out a team
The net is his
