and if anybody is looking for a reason why team canada is not locking up subban on the team, that penalty is part of it

How is Diaz not in the lineup? He's not that good but he's still above average bottom pairing.

Markov has looked worse ever since he was removed from PK's side, and whoever PK got looked good (Gorges, Markov, Bouillon). Surprise surprise.

As for Emelin, I don't get Therrien. He will stubbornly keep him on the right side where he's clearly lost. He will scratch him before trying him on the left. What's annoying though is that he gets scratched, but then we give Bouillon (who's been warmiing the press box up) some time next to PK. Why couldn't Therrien try Emelin with PK on his natural left side, at least before scratching him???

...it's simple, really...we have the worst coach in the NHL and possible professional hockey as a whole...simple, see??...

Can someone please explain to me how at this point Tinordi-Pateryn isn't a better option as a bottom pairing than Bouillon-Murray? Those 2 together is a disaster and KaCa esque.

I'm nervous that we let the chance to take control go by. Like what I'm seeing from most of our forwards. D needs work (Subban is playing well though). Hopefully Galch is okay, I like the lines the way they are at the moment.

Murray-Boullion pairing sucks the bag...hard.

They can't keep the puck in the offensive zone and can't make a play to get the puck out of their own zone. On that Bergenheim chance, I love how both D were on the same player.

Real good start for the Habs, Panthers are lucky not to be down by 2 or 3. Thomas looks like a beer league goalie, always swimming out of the crease hoping nobody gets a hand on the puck. Pacioretty could ahve had 2 that period.

Team Canada can go **** themselves then. Subban has more talent in his pinky then any of those other defensemen going over him, hope Canada doesn't even win a medal and chokes big time against the worst team in the tourney.

Therrien might as well try Diaz-Emelin and put Gorges and Markove together....

Also, lol at DD saying Florida is a little softer but better offensively and forechecking.

Could easily be 4-1 if Desharnais could stop stick handling the puck around the goalie and start shooting.

If you're going to play the "if game" it would be 4-3 had Bergenheim scored on his crossbar chance and carey Price didn't make a huge stop on the late PK.

This team hasn't looked good for a while.

I would hope soon to see these pairings barring a trade:

Markov-Subban
Gorges-Emelin
Pateryn-Diaz

I'm getting tired of Bouillon and Murray screwing up unless they are with Subban or Gorges.
