It was a slashing motion at another player’s stick. It was not a great call but it wasn’t a horrible call. It’s a penalty that doesn’t get called a lot, but you just have to play smarter and not put yourself in a bad position for a meh call

I think the real answer is that the refs are going to find something to call when a team is up 4-1 whether it's the end of the 2nd or the beginning of the 3rd, so instead of playing ultra conservative we just need our PK to deliver.
