Get real. If you look closely at the replay Beagle lifted his stick. There is no guarantee he would have gotten to the puck anyway. Not trying to defend it, it was bad and should have been a goal. But to compare it to Stefan is hyperbole.
The puck bounced on Stefan. Panarin didn't even attempt to shoot it into the net.

He talked about it but if you're looking for the old Tort's and some kind of blowup about it, you're going to be disappointed.
