The security there are worthless lying sacks of dogshit. When I questioned their ridiculous no bags allowed policy I pointed out MSG (located above the biggest transportation hub in the country) allows bags and was told this wasn't true and that the bag ban was mandated by the NHL. That is a complete and total lie as proven by me having no trouble bringing a bag into the Sabres-Rangers game at MSG a month back.

You're probably wondering what the hell palm trees are doing in Buffalo. Well, here's the scoop for you.

A week or so ago GM Kevyn Adams said Buffalo can't attract players because Buffalo doesn't have palm trees (among other reasons). Sabres fans, in response, began bringing inflatable palm trees to clown on their GM.

Well, as of last night, they were banned from the stadium. They must be deflated before entering the stadium.



I know we probably don't need another Buffalo thread, but as a Sabres fan...i thought this was comical.

Seriously, it's just a total failure...and they didn't even have to go as far as to exalt them. They could have simply allowed the fans to have fun! But now they're going out of their way to f*** themselves up.

I'm madder about it than I should be, but I thought there was no way an organization hates its die hard fans as much as the Kings but Buffalo just upped the ante

Before I heard the Adams comments, I thought the palm trees were symbolizing that the players will be predictably eliminated from playoff contention by April and thus jettisoning off to a tropical place on the map for their offseason
