Sure, why not. lol. Team Chaos! How about a goalie with one of those import picks?
Because why not![]()
I'm glad that rule is back, not sure why they ever got rid of it. There were some blockbusters back in the day, like Kitchener and Plymouth swapping Tatar for Landeskog and a bunch of picks, only for Tatar not to report.Import picks can now be traded.....think Garrett Wilson
100% rafik a late birthday and had 27pts in 38 games in MHL before coming to the OHL (I believe that’s the equivalent of OHL for Russia, or I may be getting VHL and MHL mixed up)Import Draft....confirmed 3 Imports spots per team....just my two cents but I would bring Rafik back and select 1st and 2nd round
Direct message sentCould someone give me a little insider info regarding your fan club? Perks,
London, Kitchener, Windsor will be in the mix. After that anyone of Guelph, Soo or Owen Sound will likely fall in the next group. Maybe even Flint. OS could be top 4 but I see them as a bit young next year but the year after they will be right there. Is it crazy to think that OS could be a top 4 team in the Western Conference next year? Or am I jumping the gun a bit

Totally agree. Maybe a good import and a player like Sykora commits could change that but too many what ifs still to play out before we can confidently say they take that significant of a step next season.Jumping the gun
Maybe if you buy at deadline and George isn’t traded you’ll be top 4. Otherwise I don’t see it. 6/7/8 somewhere and George traded at deadline for a HAUL.Totally agree. Next year as in 2025/26Next year???? I think he was this year...
Windsor 1 big time buyers at deadlineLondon is losing a lot of pieces I see them having a rough ish year, will Kitchener be the same without parsons? I doubt it, Windsor will be solid, the SOO might be decent, Saginaw who knows, flint maybe.. Erie won’t be nearly as good, I’m saying it’s in play to be a top 4 team in the west. But that’s just my thoughts.
Not at all absurd; take a look at what the Rangers accomplished this past season. While most hockey analysts predicted they wouldn't make the playoffs, they ended up with the second-highest point total. Is it crazy to think that OS could be a top 4 team in the Western Conference next year? London will not be the powerhouse next season that they had been the last three years. However, to count them out will be a big mistake. London had players, very good players, developing at the A's and B's leagues. Players who are now ready to come in and take the relief. Like their first rounder of a year ago Logan Hawery, and other up-and-coming young stars like Jaxon Cover, Brody Cook and Cohen Bidgood and more, plus imports. All were developed under the guidance of Mark Hunter, and had been coming up to practices with the big club all season. London will not be as strong in the standing for lack of experienced, but will certainly be above the middle of the pack by season's end.London is losing a lot of pieces I see them having a rough ish year, will Kitchener be the same without parsons? Let you know late December....I consider Carter George the very best goalie in junior hockey. What do Owen Sound fans wishes for him next season, keep him and go all in with him, or trade the superstar for big gains?
Thinking you are confused with my response....Next year as in 2025/26
This year is still playing until mem cup is awarded but I can understand confusion!
I wouldn’t have Sarnia or Guelph ahead of OS but that’s just me.. and London will be closer to 6-8 seed, losing those types of players you can’t replace that.. Windsor will be a force, Kitchener will be good, and the SOO after that who knowsWindsor 1 big time buyers at deadline
Kitchener 2 should retool at deadline bringing in players that can play the following year and swapping the ones that won’t (mem cup bid) little confusing but they’re clearly the favourite to host thus far
Soo 3 should be buyers at deadline
Sarnia 4 young guys going to have a big leap- should be conservative buyers at deadline
London 5 even in an off year they still have decent pieces and will get some guys to commit, also Dale Hunter.
Guelph 6 but trades Luchanko if he’s back- conservative sellers
Owen Sound 7 (assuming George is traded at some point) conservative sellers
Flint 8 should try and build around this draft class- losing decent OA’s, clattenburg gone, maybe mccue too? conservative sellers
Saginaw 9 if misa, Parekh, Chernyshov all don’t return which IS possible. Also losing mangone. If any of those guys return they’ll likely be traded anyways. Likely sellers
Erie 10 I think they lose Schaefer to NHL, already lost Spence who was gonna be back and they could’ve traded. Erliden gone, fimis, Alfano, Misiak etc- should be big sellers if they have a brain
A down year for London is 3rd or 4th. It never fails that they are competitive.I wouldn’t have Sarnia or Guelph ahead of OS but that’s just me.. and London will be closer to 6-8 seed, losing those types of players you can’t replace that.. I remember a year they were 8th....A down year for London is 3rd or 4th. It never fails that they are competitive.
