I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if Michigan goes undefeated this year. Most stacked college team I’ve ever seen or heard of.

Somewhere upthread there's a preseason Big 10 poll that puts Minnesota at the top of the heap.

• The preseason Big 10 first team features 4 Golden Gophers and 2 Wolverines - Owen Power being one of them.

• The preseason Big 10 second team features 2 Wolverines and 2 Golden Gophers - with Ryan Johnson being one of them.

So, it looks like Minnesota has a pretty strong team as well. Should be pretty interesting. I hope to see some of these games on the Big 10 Network which I have on Fios.

At any rate, seems too early to start counting chickens.

you all have jilted lover syndrome.. There is no way levi..or power plays 4 years.. avoidinh the pros to stay away from the Sabres.
If they aren't itching the play pro hockey.. Dont want them anyway.. There is zero chance both players aren't signed by the end of the ncaas season if buff thinks they can compete for a spot...

Unless they flame out or get caught in a public place molesting children or shooting heroin buffalo will sign them and offer playing time if we are out of playoffs or we have injuries..

If we make the playoffs tthey sign. over summer and compete at camp.. includes portillo as well.. That other goalie doosh had many other reasons he didnt sign as well aa not starting til late ... take yr Prozac. which is really just flouride poison..

They are incredibly stacked and should have a great season, but I wouldn't be surprised if they catch their first L next weekend against UMD or Minnesota State.

why not.. just watched detroit.. we dominated that game. we have two goalies e something to prove .. we're quick.. like haydens toughness.. C'mon ..wheres your adventurous spirit..

i didn't care about winning tonight.. .. i cared about possession and okposo to tage looked calm on the puck and actually drove to the net. every player . Im so tired of the waagh we suck lets slit our throats whining... when it jusy simply is NOT true...

should we blow ill be the first to hand out the pitchforks.. not what i see . i see a fast determined team that if the finish and kick the asz of any team that tries to bully us we may surprise those that read the press..

If Granato gets the young players to play for each other all season and buy into what he's selling, adding a guy of Power's caliber next season could be massive.

Adding all of Power, Quinn, Peterka, and Samuelsson should start to change the team for the better. Probably UPL too.

Soon after Johnson and hopefully some of Poltapov, Kisakov, Rosen, the goalies, and others.

Further add what should be another top 10 if not top 5 pick, an extra 1st, and what should hopefully be something decent from Eichel.
