With the offseason officially underway I thought I'd make the list of possible overagers for next season. I will not be including prospects who are signed by their NHL teams. I will include players who are committed to NCAA teams. They will be listed but struck through if their commitment is for the 2026-2027 season. Please let me know if I've missed anyone or if there are any mistakes.

Ottawa’s Caden Kelly was released last year around November.

For the Steelheads:

RW Justin Bottineau - USports Queens
C Julian DeMiglio - NCAA RiT
LW William Eggleton - USports RMU

Updated to reflect the trades from today (Bennett, Egorov, Leenders). Also being reported that Garrett Frazer is returning to the Petes so I've taken off his commitment. Removed Bennett's commitment too since none of the picks that Flint traded were conditional. I'm assuming that means he will be with the Firebirds next season.

Not sure when there commit year are but for flint pazii , Anderson and Kostov are all ncaa committed. Anderson and Kostov could be waiting on what nhl team may decide to do with them first.

They’ll be waiting a long time then
Are u saying they won’t be drafted ? Draft is at end of month and I thought nhl teams had a hand in where they want them to play once they owned rights ,both were rated in latest nhl scouting rankings so a chance for both to be drafted.

Who do we think are the best 5/10 O/A’s heading into next season?
Either of the former Brantford goalies should be up there. Think Kaden Pitre could be really good if he doesn't go to the NCAA. Lucas Ellinas could use an OA year considering he missed almost all of this season. I feel like a healthy Jacob Therrien on a good OS team could do some damage. Cristoforo, if he's back, would probably be the favorite to put on the most points by an OA.

I’d argue that Geno Carcone is in contention as the best O/A in the OHL. Very talented offensive player
