It's not about the type of player they are it's the type of person they are. You are using Dubas-logic here. You actually have to talk to the player to get to know the person. Think of Ken Holland's approach with the Red Wings. He always wanted to know from his scouts who were the big guys that couldn't get it done and who were the small guys that would never stop. It's that kind of mentality. Some people can find a million reasons not to do something, you want the guys who can always find one reason to keep going filling your locker room up. That kind of thing is contageous.
