Ekholm is really the only capable Oiler D able to play defense. Oilers are not only awful individually defensively but as a collective

Cant believe Holland will waste best two players of this generation

He still has some time, unless there’s some injuries which is always possible.

At least he decided to finally trade assets this year. He still has Broberg, Bourgault, Holloway and draft picks. I can’t imagine he will sit on his hands the next two years and not try everything to acquire more players to help that team.

If he does, it will be a shame to see those talent wasted.
