Holy shit Utah are bad. Down 3-0 at home to Toronto in the 2nd with only 5 shots on goal.

And Benoit just put his thumb back in place after a fight vs Kesselring lmfao.

Montreal didn't have an equivalent of Norris to trade
To be fair his ES numbers are less than Josh Anderson and they both rode contract extensions off of a couple good seasons. Norris is a much better PP option though. But Norris also averages like 7 or 8 ES assists per year. Cozens probably didn't have the value people thought he did if he went for the bad contract of an often-injured player in the same division. Not to mention Buffalo added a 2nd for JBD who isn't even an NHL-caliber dman.

Probably not many teams were lining up for a 30 point 7.something million dollar third line c.

I mentioned earlier in the year as I go watch games in Ottawa, but this Sens team is way better than previous ones. Staios has done some really good depth moves and Green has them buying into a system. They're much better without the puck and give a three zone effort. Night and day compared to previous years.
