What's crazy is his first few years were absolutely brutal as a GM. That 2017 team was so incredibly bad. Without that catastrophe of a season they don't win the cup though.

Sens lose 5-1 to Florida. CBJ lose 4-3 to NYR. Boston loses 4-3 to Vegas. Detroit loses 6-3 to TB.

Vancouver beats Toronto 2-1.

CGY was up 2-0 and blew it to lose 3-2 in OT. Canucks have leaped them and are running away with the playoff spot. We will likely see some tanking soon from CGY but hopefully not TOOO much!
