Sportsnet treats nationally televised Leafs games like it's a Leafs regional game only available in the Leafs region so it wouldn't surprise me at all if he did, much like Bowen does on Leafs TSN1050 radio.

My favourite recent joke was someone commenting on the Amazon Prime broadcasts and finding it almost weird to not hear about the Leafs during an intermission for a non Leafs game....try being a non-Leaf fan from Eastern Canada; it's Laff TV 24/7...makes you realize why some people go POSTAL...

I'm a Habs fan living in NF so I'm a far down east boy and fully aware of the full time constant Leafs ball washing from Sportsnet/CBC and TSN.This was only the 4th or 5th Leafs game I've watched this season and in these games Nylander was by far the most noticeable and best Leafs player on the ice and it was not even close.

Cats passed them tonight. Leafs fall to #2 spot in Atlantic.
It's their 3rd consecutive loss. 4-6-0 in last 10. At that rate, Ottawa could catch them.
The Atlantic Division is insanely competitive right now with the exception of Buffalo.

...speaking of Utah...so apparently the mountain range Wasatch is in the running as their new name...and, apparently, according to a Utah Historian of Native Cultures, Wasatch is the anglo-anized version of the phase in their native tongue, which means Frozen Penis...so we all have to pretend we are from Utah and vote for the Utah Wasatch to be their new name...we HAVE to do it...

Pittsburgh is out. Way too many teams to pass, and everyone has 3-4 games in hand on them. They're like 3-7-0 in last 10, so an odd win here or there isn't helping them.

Seriously?? That can't possibly be true!
If so, the Utah 'Wasatch' would have a huge disadvantage, spending the entire game penalized for being in a constant state of high sticking.
