HF Habs: Out of Town Thread: 2025 Playoff edition

Wayne Gretzky must be raging that a player managed to do the one thing he never accomplished

Demelo with the wrestling move. Lucky it didn't result in a 3 on 5 for the Jets

That Tic Tac To play Winnipeg did was pretty sweet. Too bad they didnt score. That would have been an amazing highlight play

How stupid do The Avalanche look now for not signing their big time stud
Dallas is just laughing
I don't get why GM's in every league are trading away superstars for scraps because they're afraid of what COULD happen.

It'd be like if I traded Suzuki for Jiri Kulich because I was afraid Suzuki might get injured or demand too much money.

If you gotta move money, then move money. That's what Chicago did. It's not like they traded away Kane/Toews lmao (well Kane eventually, but because he was old, not as a cap casualty)

Lmao those last 2 icing calls were total BS. Hintz won the first race and then they blew the whistle WAY before Miller was near the circles.

Bettman wants this to go to OT SSOOOOOO BAD

I caught the 3rd period. Stars were playing with fire and are fortunate that the jets never tied. It just seemed like a matter of time before they blew the lead.

I don’t want to get into the specifics of the case as it’s ongoing and nothing has been decided. Just posting this to show the incredible stupidity of fans (hopefully the fan who responded to the tweet, did not mean this but if he did, what an imbecile):

Then you got teams like Buffalo trading away superstars and elites for… reasons.

The Guentzel trade is another perplexing one to me given the Pens were still in their perceived window with their big dogs under contract.

Dubas did the same thing in Toronto when he let Hyman walk & traded Kadri. He's not a good GM.

His problems in Toronto: goaltending & D. His problems in Pittsburgh: goaltending & D.

Toronto fixed both as soon as he left. He doesn't know how to build a team.
