Most of the time they are embellishing. Marchand did a somersault I believe. The refs see it which is why they got fed up and called that. That may have been one where he was stunned for a few seconds but since they ignored other embellishments it was time to call one. All teams embellish but you can't make it obvious.

For some reason, they're using Mikkola-Jones as a #1 pairing. Mikkola sucks & is too slow. He couldn't even make St. Louis defense so they let him walk.

He was way behind the play on the Nylander goal.

Schmidt & Kulikov were both awful on the Domi goal. Both stupidly stepped up on a developing odd man rush.

Forsling - Ekblad should be playing way more, like half the game. They're the only competent pairing.

The Panthers are a team with good chemistry but can’t complete simple uncontested passes, a clear sign to me that they’re out of energy. I thought the same thing about the ‘22 Lightning at this point too but they managed to claw their way to a third final.

No pressure. He plays a depth role. Some players get crushed by pressure and when you remove that pressure then they can play freely.
