You think we could get something from the Oilers for Primeau?

If I'm Edmonton I definitely inquire. Primeau has talent, it's the confidence he needs to work on. Personally, I want to give him another chance. Dobes needs more work technically, he can split with Fowler and if Primeau doesn't do the job, it's easy to call up Dobes.

Oilers would be like LA of the 2010s if they had a goaltender. They'd just plow through everyone.
It's funny how they'll break the bank trying to fill small holes in their lineup but then completely ignore goaltending all these years.

Like how desperate do you have to be to sign Campbell at $5x5 lmao

It's like being in a battleship taking on water, but you decide to adjust the thermostat first.

Dallas - Colorado is insane.

It's crazy how bad the Ottawa-Toronto series was compared to these other teams. Dallas, Colorado, Edmonton and LA could all make the finals and I wouldn't bat an eye.

Also, how does one draft players like Hintz and Johnston in the late first and second round ? I want this management to work their magic and get some speed, skill and size like that.

Both drafted earlier than Hutson...

Just sayin ;)

If guys like Vernon and barrasso are in, there's no way you can keep fleury out.

I will miss him melting down in playoff series against the habs though.
Barrasso won the Vezina trophy as an 18-year-old coming out of High School. Two Cups, one of the best puck handling goaltenders of all time, he was a third dman in his own end. I believe he still holds the record of most assists by a goaltender all time. He deserved a Conn Smythe in 1992 in my opinion, but it went to Mario who missed most of the key series that playoffs against the Rangers. He stopped speaking to the media early in his career after an incident, so he lost support in any votes. And like Grant Fuhr, he played behind a lot of loose defensive play. If I had a vote he would have got into the HOF.

Two quick goals by Edmonton 5-2. Those boys came out to play.

I don't know what it is about him, by Connor Brown just turns it up in the post season. That play for the pass was sick.
