Really? I personally don't see a team getting 50 shots on goal, forechecking like mad, killing teams in the face-off circle, possessing the puck and applying constant pressure in all 3 zones when they don't have the puck as dull. I only see it as dull for the other team who can't get any scoring opportunities or room to breathe.

Minutes after Luke Hughes injures his shoulder, Markstrom attempts a slash at a Carolina player but hits Cody Glass instead that goes down, twists his right knee and obviously blows his ACL.

The players are so good on all 4 lines now and teams defend so well that it's hard to get clean zone entries especially in the playoffs when everything tightens up even more. Even in the 4-Nations tourney when it was best players in the world vs best players in the world, everything was about chipping pucks by defenders and not giving anyone any space.
