From what I remember he was pretty low on Hughes and mentioned his size and defensive game as concerns
Hughes was the poster child of everything Bergevin hated in a dman. Brady wasn't their guy either due to not be able to play a lick of defense.
The rest is just the typical Timmins post-draft shtick where he would have drafted X or Y but had to go with Z because of circumstances outside his control. Where X/Y is whoever look good at the time he attempts to rewrite history.
