If Rodrigues draped his stick on my shoulder like he did to Max Jones tonight he would have ended up like Kypreos in the pool of blood

The linesman needs to have better awareness :sarcasm:

Looking at the opening rosters...

The oldest team is the Oilers @ 29.8 years average followed by Pit 29.3, Nas 29.1, NYI 28.8, Tor 28.8, Was 28.7, Det 28.6, Car 28.5

Youngest teams averages Buf 24.9, Habs 25.4, Phil 26.2, Uta 26.6, Ana 26.8, Bos 26.8

Beyond Lafreniere and Kakko, the Rangers best forwards are getting old, most over 30 years old, their D is pretty young though.

Toughest division to make the playoffs could be the Central.
If Rangers lose Shesterkin could close their window. That's and older team, he'd be hard to replace

Hockey is increasingly crash and bang with dirty goals and deflections taking place of skillful plays. As much as I’d prefer to see a more skill-based sport, this is the reality we have.

Tall and heavy players who can skate are the best players to use as filler.

Watch Euro hockey, I find it boring like mad.
