That's a bit of a cope here.

Success come from:
Dallas: acing multiples drafts
Vegas: absolute trades juggernaut
Cats: picking up good players for nothing (pro scouting?)

Obviously their taxes situation isn't a disadvantage, but there's more to that.
Vegas were advantaged from the outset.
But yeah it goes without saying it's more than just that.
The facts remain the same.
The idea behind a capped league is to level the playing field in what is deemed to be fair play.
The Idea of Fair Play has to be exercised on all levels not just some.

They able to keep their players cheap. Ie. Reinhart. Gives them big advantage

I'd argue the idea of a capped league is to limit labor cost. The so-called parity is a second-order effect.

Reason why the Florida teams, Vegas and Dallas are powerhouses

i see Fla and Vegas... but Dallas?

Hintz/Robertson/Johnston/heiskanen/harley/lindell/oettinger/benn are all home grown core talent.

and they added Seguin via aggressive trade.

the pieces they've added on the margins to round out their group are far less a factor in their success than excellent drafting and development. Arguably best in the league under Nill's tenure

A player that I would be interested on a short term deal is Janmark you would add speed to the bottom of the lineup and he is a great penalty killer. With his playoffs though I think that someone may offer him a long term deal.

Man has Carolina been decimated this offseason.

Lost:

Teravainen
Skjei
Pesce
Guentzel

Brought in:

Carrier
Robinson
Walker
Gostisbehere

WOOF

And they only have 10m in Cap to resign Jarvis (should be well north of 7m), Necas and Drury.

Dark days ahead
They have around 14M when you take all the Ahlers off the team. It should be enough to sign Jarvis + Drury for around 10M.

IMO Necas is gone.
