There’s zero chance McDavid didn’t say it would be ok to hire Babcock. In fact, it’s easy to see that he’s who McDavid wanted. Draisaitl too. Commodore isn't my guy but he gets it.

Even though they ground out a win in the end, I can't shake the feeling that the 3rd period disaster last game broke Vegas. They simply cannot skate with the Canes when the latter go full gas, no-one can. Carolina keeps that up for long enough and Bussi locks in, as he's well capable of, and they win the Cup.

I tipped the Knights, but the more I see of how the two teams match up, the more I suspect that might be wrong.

With Bussi/Anderson in nets that's all they need, Bussi just gave up another soft one, might be time to go back to Anderson. Florida's SC teams were so much better then these 2 teams.

I’ve always liked Mark Stone. Not saying he’s a hall of famer or anything like that, but I like the way he plays hockey!

Does Carolina have a 3rd goalie who can actually make a save, hell, almost any professional goalie can do as well as Bussi/Anderson have this series. If they get even average goaltending they likely win the series.
