We the North Division
Jets vs Maple Leafs/Canadians

Atlantic Coast Conference
Lightning vs Hurricanes

Big Least Division
Islanders vs Bruins

Avs Division
Wild/Golden Knights vs Monstars err Avs

Predictions
Jets if Montreal wins in 5, Maple Leafs if they win in 6
Hurricanes in 7
Islanders (I may be the only one who believes in the outside of Long Island) in 6
Avs no matter who in 5 at most

Leafs/Habs is just amazing and it sucks their first playoff matchup in over 30 years had to happen in a pandemic, at least in regards to the Montreal crowd. Leafs would still have their typical corporate/trust fund baby crowd for the most part.

The lady Analyst, Jen I think, during the 2nd intermission of the Canadians game had some of the best analysis I've ever seen. She spoke of how Cole Caufield is able to get his shot off against Toronto by how he angles his body to avoid the stick check from Leaf defenders. Also that when he knows the check is coming that he's getting the shot off first before they can.

This is the type of analysis that could draw in newer fans and help them understand what's going on.

Seemed dumb for Toronto to challenge that even with the general uncertainty on goalie interference.

Omg, Marner is literally the most overpaid and most overrated player in the league. And even his dad can't hide this fact.

I guess Toronto not having that playoff sieve Andersen in net gives them hope though.

Did the NHL finally get the divisions and playoff matchups right on accident? I'm inclined to believe so. They will never get such intriguing matchups again once they go back to business as usual.

Shanahan should pull a Galant on both Keefe and Smyle Dumbass.

That's what I wish. Dubas and his staff have actually made some smart moves at the draft table, at least IMO, with everyone paying attention to the current choke artists on the big club. I would love for Shanahan to put a stop to that out of haste and rash decisions. Keefe, meh, coaches are coaches unless said coach is Brind'Amour/Trotz/Cooper/Quenneville/Cassidy.

Lots of firsts or firsts in years, it's crazy.

-Canes/Preds would never happen in a traditional year unless it's the Final
-Panthers/Lightning even though both teams have been around for over 25 years
-Canes/Lightning, former SE division foes
-Habs/Leafs was before 'Miracle on Ice'!
-Jets/Oilers first since 1990
-Jets vs whoever wins Leafs/Habs, see Canes/Preds
-Avs/Blues only 2nd meeting, only other was 2001
-Knights vs both Avs and Wild first time (to be fair though VGK is still a 'new' franchise)

Hell even this Bruins/Islanders series, last time that happened was 1983.

Honestly I didn't even realize how deep it went. Props to you for expanding on how epic the postseason has been so far.
