I think Fleury coming in on the road is a good thing. Stanley is a player that teams may want to attack, injured or not injured.

Be nice if somebody catches Trouba in the trolley tracks for once.

I expect a donnybrook or two in this game. Could be a barnburner.

They seemed pretty solid. Fleury did a lot of good things.
Maybe hasn't had the highlight moment or two that Stan has had but also seemed to NOT have the gaffes that Stan has. Of course the team was doing really well so easier for everyone to look better in that scenario.

Some highlights from the Rangers GDT

• One post seemed to (not sarcastically) refer to the Rangers playing down to their opponents... in reference to this game. Ummmm....
• They all feel that NYR are winning in spite of themselves, poor play still leading to good results. Lots of predictions of the Jets doubling them in shots but the Rags beating the Jets anyways.
• A few - how is a team with Neal Pionk (top 4) and Vlad Namestnikov (as 2C) 14-1?

Our streak like all of them will eventually come to an end...

Funny that the Rags are 9-3-1 but sitting in a wildcard spot

On one hand you could say that that's because they've only played 13 games, but they've played vs DETx3, NYI, MTL, BUF, ANA, OTT and PIT - and have had plenty of rest

Only 3 games vs opponents sitting in a playoff spot, and they're 1W 2L in those games

The looked like a decent 3rd pair. Got sheltered - but I wouldn't say any more so than the Stanley-Miller pairing. Stats-wise they gave up 0 goals on ice in 4 games. Had good shot metrics (positive % across the board, really low shots against). Should be fine as long as Fleury's stayed sharp.

For my 16th birthday, a friend of mine scored some of this via his older sister from the LC. None of us had any idea what it was. She showed up and promptly removed the grated cover that was on top of the bottle, which bacardi put on so that you couldnt just chug the damn thing. Woke up the next morning with a black eye. Good times
