I have been bbqing Leaf fans. All night. I have not been able to post. Justin Holl with that lame one hand stick check, had me so mad, I could barely go back to the bbq. The Leafs have been swarming everyone to prevent Jack from even being tested.

What does Holl do? A one handed attempt, at a stick check to protect the goalie, everyone on the Leafs has hurt their legs to protect all night.

I said to myself, after seeing that. Me? I would like take Justin into the dressing room and do something. It was unbelievably lame. Its why team sports weren't for me. I would not tolerate seeing a teammate, doing something like that. And I never did.

After settling down, I said, well, this is kind of interesting. Lets see how the team reacts to a guy who has been too lazy to get a haircut, making over a million. Letting all of us down.

If Keefe has any sense of justice he benches this guy.

Thanks to god. Matthews, Hyman and Marner went into outer space, to counteract, the Justin Holl lame.

Me? My take? Heh. This board is in love with Jack Campbell. The Leaf team itself. Well, lets see how he is swarmed, when he wins tonight.

Hope he doesn't get injured LOL.

This team loves Jack Campbell.


The Toronto Maple Leafs have the new, 2021 version of Mark "the bird" Fidrych in Jack Campbell, but he has to win tonight, to achieve that.

Sports world needs a new Mark "the bird", really does. We are close.

Zach Hyman? Do I need to say anything at all? Anything? So proud of this guy. Most dumped on him. I never dumped on him thank god. Ever, but I never spoke out about any skill though.

He is turning into something not seen before, and its LEAF.

Realistically Matthews needs to get consistent PK time, and establish himself as a top PKer, to win the Selke. I also don't think Matthews should be killing penalties, which is why I'm glad Keefe keeps him on the bench on the PK. 5v5 though I agree, Matthews is one of the most complete game 2 way players in the league.
 
Gotta say, Tavares has looked really good the last few games. He’s owed so many bounces. I have a feeling he’s going to pop off in the playoffs.
 
Seeing Keefe and Auston like that...so funny how much better he is for this team compared to Babcock.

We still controlled the play IMO. First Sens goal was nice. Then fell asleep with a few lazy Rielly plays. Seemed to click us back into game mode and those close calls because chances for our top line and they're converting

Galchenyuk should've had an assist on the last goal.

The puck deflected off of Gally to Marner, and, Marner passed it to Matthews.
