We should beat short handed buffalo. I mean they traded away all their good players and some of their remaining good players got injured. Buffalo will be lucky to score one goal. I hope we can net at least two.

Bonne nouvelle pour le Canadien alors que Carey Price devrait être devant le filet de son équipe. Le gardien a effectué la même routine à l'entraînement que lorsqu'il joue le soir, ce qui nous laisse croire qu'il y sera. On devrait cependant être fixé sous peu.

Should be in nets tonight, him doing his game day routine leeds us to believe so. We should know for sure soon.

They aren't saying he's playing, but I sure hope he does.

Vanek much prefers the left side, but he’s had discussion at length with Therrien, the coach said, about the bigger picture.

“Communication with players is crucial,” Therrien said. “Yes, I did sit down with him and explain the plan, about the way we play. He’s aware of our plan. We shared a lot of things and he’s feeling really fine about playing with Desharnais and Pacioretty. That’s a great step for us.

“(Vanek’s) got to make some adjustments to his game. I understand he’s confident on the left side and he’s been playing there most of his career. But at times (the coach) must adjust to the players you’ve got and put together lines you think will provide success as a team.”
