Easiest period of DiPietro's career.

Could easily become DiPietro's easiest game of his career

Not sure if Silfverberg looks better on LW or just has really good chemistry with Alfie & Turris.

Id probably say its the chemistry. They played very well last night and it seems like they are keeping it at a good level tonight as well.

We have to stop being so sloppy and wake the **** up

General lack of skill on the ice from both teams is brutal. Unfortunately, only one team is mostly comprised o AHL players.

Sloppy game so far.

Actually, NYI almost capitalized twice from our turn overs. They're puck movement, especially on the PP was having us run all over the place.

wow our turn to be lucky, twice so far tonight

I always get so depressed when I see #55 and mistake it for 65 then remember 65 is injured and 55 is probably just going to give the puck away.

Except that Karlsson turn the puck over more often than Gonchar...

This year :

Gonchar : 9 GA in 13 games
Karlsson : 16 GA in 14 games

2011-12 :

Gonchar : 51 GA in 74 games
Karlsson : 84 GA in 81 games

2010-11 :

Gonchar : 48 GA in 67 games
Karlsson : 79 GA in 75 games

Man. The whole team is giving really really bad turnovers. Even our vets: Phillips, Neil...etc

Like any NHL players they have turnovers... However that kind of player don't get the free pass that players like Alfredsson and Karlsson get (Spezza doesn't)

Neil rarely turns the puck over

Holy...the game is on again.

Again boys...ignore Moulson at your peril.

Thank goodness that was only Marty Reasoner.

They don't have a stat that shows how blatant the give-away's are though. Gonchar is brutal. No matter how many of these posts you post, he's brutal.
