What does that even mean?

The Senators will be hungry for a win tonight as they enter the game having lost their past two. Most recently, the Senators fell to the Colorado Avalanche by a score of 5-1 on Thursday. Dylan Cozens scored the lone goal for the Sens.

In two meetings with the Devils this season, the Senators have gone 1-1. Their first game came at home at the start of the season on October 17, which the Devils took by a score of 3-1. Brady Tkachuk scored the lone goal for the Senators that night.

Ottawa did not conduct a morning skate. ... Zub did not practice Friday but is expected to play. ... Jensen practiced Friday and is questionable; the defenseman has missed the past three games. ... Foote was recalled from Utica of the American Hockey League on Friday. ... Lazar will return after missing a 5-3 loss to the Calgary Flames on Thursday because of a lower-body injury. … Palat was working on his own during the Devils morning skate but the forward will miss his second straight game.

Hopefully Jensen is healthy and can play. With Jensen out, & Brady not 100% & dealing with a nagging injury, it's not ideal (understatement).

The title of this thread would have made more sense if said “Losing is not an option”.

I will miss the first two periods, please make sure the guys are listening to HF coaching staff yelling at TV in my absence. If you are attending in person, cheer them up!

Go Sens GO!!

to say this team is streaky is an understatement. Just gotta hope this losing streak doesn't last too long

Particularly a team like the Senators who are not a SC contending team due to their weaker roster caused by the Melnyk-Dorion years. When we get an injury to one of our better players, the team suffers because it does not have the roster strength to fill in for the missing player.
