You can tell when the Kings want it. Bodies are flying all over the place and the puck hounding is non-stop. When you get out hit by Ottawa and take them lightly, this is what happens. Oh well.

That power play was an absolute joke. Just stand there and do nothing while time ticks down. Unbelievable.

What a ****** way to end the streak. Can't be giving away points to teams in the McDavid race.

Well sometimes you just lose to a hot goalie. Fun game though, crowd was into it. Start a new streak tomorrow.

My only gripe is Sutter's refusal to shorten the bench, they went with Stoll and Shore on back to back shifts with under 3:30 left in the game. I guess he has to consider tomorrow's game and not overusing the top 2 lines, but right now Stoll's line is just basically 35 seconds of board play, no chances for either team and that is not a good thing when trailing.

Hammond was outstanding. Toffoli kinda shot it right at him at the end but wow. Need some points tmrw vs Anaheim

Hammond was great, as was Quick. I'm pissed Sutter didn't play Sekera. He's a superior player to McBain/McNabb and you don't play him?

The 4th line being out there with 2 minutes to go then icing the puck...i know we got a power play out of it but come on.

Well Kopitar didn't get going all night.

Carter was ok. Brown was good, the rest of the top six sucked all night.

Toffoli was brutal all night.

Did these dolts not realize that there wasn't much time left? Yet they continue to look for the perfect shot.

The thing that's really bad about that is while they're looking for the perfect shot, they're also all just standing around. Boggles my mind when it's clear most of our goals have been in front of the net off rebounds or off quick shots. Pair that with a goalie standing on his head like Hammond did, solid play from the Sens team all-around, and a ref making a terrible call that has a massive impact on the game and it's no wonder we got shut out.
