Dallas has the potential to be a contender but their forwards have been so average.

Duchene should not be the teams point leader. Robertson went from looking like a franchise winger to just a flash in the pan, Hintz is still scoring goals but has cooled off in other areas, Benn is severely overpaid for what he produces in points, etc.,

Seguin is having a decent season, but this stars team has another gear that if they hit, they would not be just a wild card team.

Seguin is out due to hip surgery & Marchment is injured. Robertson started slow but has gotten hot lately.

Stars have been one of the most consistent teams in recent years and have an excellent management group.

100% agree. This team is a contender imo despite not being division leaders
