Toronto top 4 still haven't figured out how to score when there's no time/space. Nylander does it sometimes, but that's usually it. I do agree about Tampa/Florida, esp. if Barkov/Matthew are ready to go for the playoffs. As for Ottawa, goaltending will be a major factor on how much noise they can make.
