I doubt you’ll find anyone in the world outside of the outpost that would consider Ottawa nicer than Toronto.

Montrealer who lives in Ottawa here, and been to Toronto more times than I can count. Toronto SUCKS. Worst city in Canada, and the entitlement of the people there is absolutely ridiculous (as you can see in this thread).

Burakovsky and a mid round pick for David Perron.

Seattle gets rid of a longer higher cap hit contract for a pick that's most likely irrelevant.

Ottawa gets a forward with more skill and could end up revitalizing career if played with more skilled players as well.
