Feels good man. Long time coming. This team feels like they’re destined to win this year, no amount of injuries can stop them. Yankees don’t scare me one bit.

The thing that worries me the most is that the Yankees are probably the only team they will have faced this postseason who can keep up with them offensively, maybe the Padres with Tatis and Machado. But Judge, Stanton and Soto is terrifying. Their pitching overall has been pretty good since game 4 of the NLDS, but the pessimist in me is just waiting for it to fall apart at any moment.

Garret Cole will start game one and can possibly go game 4 and 7. Flaherty, Yamamoto, and Buehler need to be at their best. Only 3 guys scare me in the Yanks line up it won't be easy no doubt.

Dodgers and NY Yankees, the 2 best teams with the 2 MVP's, should be a great series (hitting - edge LA, starting pitching - edge NY, bullpen - edge LA) minimum 6 games, should go 7.

It's surprising and not surprising. I think he's been battling something for a while. That guy had such a cool pitch back in the day when pitchers were more creative with their stuff.

His family never disclosed why he lost that much weight and I could only hope it was for better health but I had a bad feeling it was the opposite. RIP Fernando

"If you have a sombero, throw it to the sky!"

RIP Fernando. The timing is unfortunate, kinda felt serious when he took a leave just before the playoffs.

So the Dodgers gotta win this one for Fernando right? Can't let one of your franchise legends die days before the World Series and not win it. I'm sure he's going to get some big tributes on the biggest stage might be the silver lining. Dude was s beast.

Read one account that it was liver cancer. Last time he was at the stadium he looked really bad.

Yankees have the clear advantage, they're obviously more healthy than the Doyers and have some big hitters. Hope they @ least go down fighting. The city is gonna be popping off tonight...
