Canada will play Australia at the Davis Cup Finals in Tennis. As FAA has really improved over the last few months, will it be enough for Canada to win their first ever Cup?

Huge day for Canada tomorrow as the Soccer team will be playing roughly at the same time!

Canada wins their first ever Davis Cup in Tennis!

This is almost as unbelievable as Canada being in the world cup.

Thinking back to where Canada was a decade ago in Tennis, it was a wasteland, and it had been that way forever.

Then all of a sudden raonic comes into the picture, and it's been building ever since.

The amount of money being thrown in baseball is insane. Judge just signed for 9 years/360 million dollars. That’s only a couple of millions less than the entire A’s and Orioles payroll of l this past season.

Lmfao at the Patriots - Raiders ending. Holy jumping baby rabbits what the f*** were they doing?! :biglaugh:

Poor Jones gets absolutely bowled over trying to make a tackle after a pick-6 off the dumbest lateral plays I've ever seen.

Belichek was so pissed leaving the field.

OMG!! :biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh:

Digging through old photos and found this one of me getting the autograph of Tim Raines in the mid 80's at Shea. Along with Nolan Ryan and Dale Murphy one of the three nicest ballplayers I have ever met.

Hamlin went into cardiac arrest. They had to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.
He has a pulse but I think he's intubated. Scary stuff and heavy hit.
football is brutal; i hope he recovers

Wow, just heard the news about Hanlin. Unbelievable. Hope he recovers well from this. Absolutely shocking moment.

It sounds like a Chris Pronger situation where blunt force trauma to the chest caused cardiac arrest. Still remember Pronger taking a slapshot to the chest, taking 2 steps then collapsing.

Hamlin took a hard hit to the chest, got up, took one step & collapsed. They gave him 9 minutes of CPR on the field, and apparently he was intubated.

Prayers for him & his family.
