It's not so much about his effort on the field. I do agree that he's clearly trying, but I heavily question his off field training and study.
 
We need a TE Soooooo badly. Maybe this off-season will be the year we draft a good TE. 😭

This game is frustrating. Our O-line has just been a shit sandwich. Even Powers is missing blocks now.

I don’t think there’s any game changers for TE this year, continue to build the lines. With your second pick then you go for a WR/TE|/RB

EDIT probably have to BPA at LT
 
Willams is not it. He has good games once in a while but he kills the momentum everytime he touches the ball.

He was good last week, but he's getting f***ed today. He's a 1 cut guy, that like to use his power. Not gonna work against this Raiders Defense. 7 attempts for 0 yards is not acceptable. He should only go out to block for the rest of this game. Sarah should get the rest of the carries.
