I think we just gained a boat load of fans. The Sox are hated or revered, just like the Dodgers in the west. It’s up to us now to prevent another insufferable Boston championship.
Pleased to see them more subdued with their NLCS pennant celebration. Hopefully a sign of them realizing there is a bigger hill to climb.
Yepp. Frankly, I think it's ridiculous when MLB teams have champaigne celebrations for winning the Division series & LCS. You'd never see an NFL team whooping it up after they won the conference championship.
And Dodgers fans likely don't care whatsoever about another NL pennant. If in two weeks time they have lost another WS, it'll all be for not. Nothing else will matter.
I agree with the sentiment however regardless of what happens I think two consecutive WS appearances says you are doing a lot of things correct.Yepp. Frankly, I think it's ridiculous when MLB teams have champaigne celebrations for winning the Division series & LCS. Yeah I agree it’s different in baseball. If the Dodgers were the only team celebrating like this that would be one thing but it’s pretty standard given what it takes. The best argument I've heard for all the celebrations is that you play 162 games to get to that point. Merely making the playoffs is a much bigger accomplishment than it is in hockey.

Haha you sound like Joe Buck.I think it’s kind of incredible that the Dodgers were able to take out Milwaukee considering they played downright awful for most of the series. We're a team that lives and dies by the long ball and there were only 5 homers hits in this series. I like our chances against Boston if we can launch the ball out of Fenway.
First off, that is an insult on my character and honor, sir.Haha you sound like Joe Buck.
It's not quite the same as hockey. But you have to make the most of your chances. Both teams had a chance to win this series but the resilience and, in my mind, the experience of the Dodgers took over where it mattered most.
I don't think we will get the same second chances in the WS, against the Sox you can't get it done with runners in scoring position it will be a short series.
I wasn't talking trash man haha.First off, that is an insult on my character and honor, sir.
I wasn’t saying that hitting homers and disregarding the importance of cashing in with RISP. We’ve got a lot of hitters with long, powerful swings. The ability to hit the longball is one of our strengths. The strategy should be to get into Boston’s bullpen and wreak havoc. It’s much weaker than the one we just beat.
