Sporting Lisbon beat Porto 2-0 at home. Sporting looked like they were running rampant, Gyokeres in particular. Highlights showed he might have had 3 goals and 3 assists. In the end he only scored a penalty, but he won it. Still surprised some clubs with money didn’t move for him.

2 best teams in Sweden just faced eachother. 4-0 to Malmö.

Sporting back to their winning ways in Portugal. Their front line all with goals, but Trincao seemingly leading the way based on the highlights I saw. It was only a penalty, but Gyokeres on the scoresheet again, and this was after he played two matches for Sweden (where he bagged 3 goals and 2 assists - yes I know, competition). Goncalves with a goal as well, but Trincao with a very nice assist and goal. This match not an example, but they can have two of their three forwards have a bad night and still win if just one of them shows up.

1 red and 9 yellows, also Boca's keeper Sergio Romero (ex-ManU) didn't take the 1-0 (goal by Lanzini) loss well, going into the stands to attack a spectator after the final whistle. Romero is suspended for two matches.

Sporting keep winning in Portugal. Trincao looked to be Man of the Match if the highlights are anything to go by. Really nice assist on the first goal, a nice cannon effort later on and hit the post with a header. I think he struggled a bit when he first joined, but Trincao seems to really have cemented himself into the team. Still wish he’d have got more of a shot at Barca, but maybe the timing was too early.

Sporting win again with Gyokeres on the scoresheet again. 12 goal in 9 league matches for him with 2 in 3 CL matches. Some good depth in their squad as well which would be even better if they hadn’t sold Fernandes.

Looks like Malmö just won another title. It's the 4th in the previous 5 seasons. And the one year they didn't win it they finished randomly in 7th place
Dominant year for Stockholm teams as well, as Hammarby, AIK and Djurgården are best of the rest.
At the bottom it seems like Göteborg will narrowly escape relegation once again.
Malmö also already won the Cup.

Sporting Lisbon steamrolled to a 5-1 win today. The Portuguese league isn’t the Premiership, but I would think if given the opportunity Amorim would take Sporting’s squad over United’s.

Gyokeres with 4 more goals. Trincao with a couple of assists.

Two best strikers in the world are scandinavians?

Hadn't seen much of Nicholas Kuhn before this season, but he has certainly been a very good signing for Celtic. Good match from him today.

Kuhn continued his red hot form in the CL with two goals against Leipzig tonight, also involded in the buildup for the third goal.

Sk Brann putting pressure on Bodø/Glimt in the Norwegian League, chasing gold medals in Bergen.
Two games left for Brann, this two team duel will be decided in the last round, round 30.
