Being intellectually stimulating is a big plus but not a necessity. As long as they aren't boring.

Personality matters a lot, but she has to be good looking for me. Not hot or out of my league, but good looking or cute. As long as I'm satisfied by her looks, and I mean at the level of subsistence, then it becomes all about personality.
