Why do you care what others will think?

I don't. If I like her, and she likes me, I could give less of a **** about what anyone else thinks. I just want reassurance that it's not weird so that when my friends call me out on it, I'll have a firm stance and tell them to shut the **** up.

It's not weird. Just sometimes, I notice the maturity levels differ a tad. As long as that's maintained, you're fine.

Two years is the limit in high school.

This. Last year when I was a senior, my friends sister who was a freshman at the time was really into me, and I stupidly went along with it, mostly because I was in shock that I attracted someone from the opposite sex, needless to say it didn't end well.
 
My friends don't bother 'calling me out' on things any longer. They've pretty much accepted that I do what I want to do and am immune to criticism.
 
I've got twiggier people in my class :laugh:

But that scene at the restaurant was hilarious. They had me and Jamy on one side of the table with o 16 Avery NYR o in between us. It looked like this....
