Ding ding ding. Side note, anyone hear have any experience in real estate investing?

Can you be a little more specific?

I worked for a commercial real estate firm last summer. Don't know if you're looking to invest in stocks/equity of larger companies or buying houses/land and selling them later on for profit.

The later. We set up our LLC and have already made a few purchases. Just more so curious if anyone has any overall tips.

Ah, I am of little help then. I was more involved in the commercial real estate side of things, although they dabbled a little bit with residential properties I didn't have much exposure to how they conducted their business there.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Any show suggestions?

I just watched Friday Night Lights. Liked it. Kind of lost how special it was in season 1 as it went along.

Loved Breaking Bad, although season 5 was kind of predictable to me.
Really like Game of Thrones, although I'm not necessarily looking for the shocking and visually jarring gruesome twists that it provides (I.e. Red Wedding and Mountain vs. Viper).
Favorite show at the moment is True Detective.

One of my friends is telling me Suits. Another is telling me Sherlock. Girlfriend telling me The Following.

Anyone have an opinion on any of those 3 shows?

I love Suits/White Collar. So you may not :sarcasm: Haven't seen Sherlock, but The Following is good.

People LOVE the Wire. Obviously the Sopranos. House of Cards/The West Wing for political dramas.

2015 OFFSEASON TRADE:

Rick Nash for Jordan Eberle

Kreider Stepan Eberle
Duclair Brassard Zuccarello
Hagelin Miller St. Louis
Glass Moore Lindberg

...DROOL...

Just started Suits. Hooked already. Watched the first 3 episodes. Harvey's a badass.

<- Still sad that the newest GoT Season is only available on pay tv for me for a much too large amount of money..

Watched the new walking dead trailer yesterday and.. that was really cool

The newest one is the craziest one yet. Idk if you've read the books but it could have been even better if they hadn't omitted one of the coolest scenes that should have been in the last episode.

Watch The Wire.

Personally, I thought that show as disgustingly overrated.

*Edit: Those were my thoughts from when the show first came out. Which was 11 or 12 years ago. My tastes have definitely changed since then. I may need to give it another shot but those are my thoughts based on the first few episodes that I had watched.

Love White collar. It has enough humor to keep me going through all the seasons. Sons of Anarchy is another one of my favorites although I think it is appropriate that the show is ending. It has run its course. I don't think you can go wrong with the Sopranos.
