All:

A new, outdoor rink just opened up in Lincoln Heights. They have a few roller hockey games going at the moment and I'm trying to start up a street hockey game.

I'm sure that some of you are familiar with the game in Mar Vista, or the leagues in Garden Grove/Burbank. I'm trying to get a Saturday game going so not to conflict with any of the other leagues.

Please shoot me a PM if interested, or post any questions you have in the thread.

Thanks - hope we can get something going.

Rink Location:
2500 N Griffin Ave
Los Angeles, CA 90031

Equipment Needed:
Only need a stick. Would highly recommend some gloves, shin pads and a helmet, but not a necessity.

I don't live to far from there and pass by the rink everyday coming from work and its been there awhile.

I had looked into it a couple of months back and I was told it was for kids at the rec center and up to the age of 17, so I'm glad to hear they opened up the Rink for others, my schedule is bad and I haven't played in years but I may be interested down the line

Foot hockey sounds like a fun thing to do if you can't skate or if you are drinking/tailgating and an impromptu game starts up but I don't think I'd make an effort to go out to specifically play a game. Where is Lincoln Heights BTW?

Lincoln Heights is in between Downtown Los Angeles and South Pasadena and is right off the 110 Pasadena Fwy
