Rick Vaive was the Phil Kessel of his time could score goals but that's it. I'm tired of the leafs rewarding mediocrity.

So are the Leafs ever going to retire (honour) Rick Vaive or what?

Keon deserves to have his number retired....some of the players honoured do not deserve to have their number retired.

4 Stanley cup winner, Conn Symthe winner, and a Calder Memorial Trophy.

I'm not disagreeing. I'm just saying that if you retired Keon's number, there are others among the honoured numbers that you should retire too.

Imo he could have his # retired and they should start honoring #s as our franchise 100 anniversary is fast approaching
