JLC is almost invariably wrong, so I would think that it's about 110% likely that Herbert DOES declare, now.

He's coming out. It will be announced Dec/Jan when he gets the guarantee that he will go top five.
He won't throw away millions just to play with his brother. Who isn't a guarantee to play being a true freshman. Also the 2020 QB class will be stacked. So lots of competition there.

O Line is obviously horrible but when the windows appear you have to capitalize.

Odell open from the snap on that goal line play and Eli throws to Scott Simonson, the 50th string TE who I'm not 100% certain is an actual living person.
