He looked great. He always looks great when he's up here. There are no current spots this year. Next year there's an opportunity. I like him as a player. How did he look in the 2 games? Any chance he takes a perment spot?
Yes.Do you guys think he should have a permant spot with the Bruins?
Why? Whats stopping him from taking a perment spot with the Bruins? He always gets send back to AHL.
Not much room when everyone is healthy.Do you guys think he should have a permant spot with the Bruins?
He waited many years now. Better he gets traded. Not much room when everyone is healthy.
However (and I've said this before) guys like Steen and Lauko can play on my team any day. They wreak havoc with their speed and north-to-south tenacity.
Love him.
Competition. The Bruins really believe in internal competition for spots. I think they expected him to take a spot when they signed him to a one-way contract, but he was beat out by Lauko and he continues to have to battle against Lauko, Brown and Heinen (although I see him as more of a mddile6 spare). Why? Whats stopping him from taking a perment spot with the Bruins? He always gets send back to AHL.
I was at game and was watching him - fast and gets after itStill doing good?
steen flying into the islanders goal the other night was a season highlight.I was at game and was watching him - fast and gets after it
